Good Points

Makes lashes look thick.


Bad Points

Not entirely waterproof.


General Comments

It's not too hard to get off, and 17 Waterproof Mascara is the best budget mascara I've used. In fact, better than a lot of other mascaras I've bought, for example L'Oreal with the white brush first and then black comb - can't remember name of product. And another L'Oreal one actually. And Bourgious - can't spell. But anyway 17 Waterproof Mascara is pretty good!
