The conditioning mask you put on at the end makes your hair nice and soft.
Bad Points
The result colour is completely different to the one on the box.
General Comments
I tried Boots Botanics because it is seen as more natural and gentler on your hair. The colour came out completely different to the colour on the box and proceeded to go through many different colours over a number of weeks. It also came out patchy. Ive been using hair dye for years and this is probably the worst one I've ever used.
