General Comments
The slider on the back of the Nokia N70 can sometimes slide open whilst the phone is in you're pocket, this activates the camera automatically and can kill the battery life.
The software does feel sluggish, and I would prefer plain text rather than all the fancy icons if it meant the phone felt faster to use.
I have had the phone very occasionally crash on me when trying to pair up with a bluetooth headset, but I would recommend the Nokia N70 mobile phone, even though I have listed more bad points than good. It does the job it's designed for, with the slight niggle being battery life.

Great concept, poor execution! The software is too slow, the software crashes (especially when it is the Orange version), the slider gets pushed open in your pocket, the ringtones don't work if you have call register set to anything more than 1 day (very annoying to only get the Nokia tone to work).
All in all, a great idea and some very interesting features, if they worked better.
I've had the phone for several months now and to be honest I'm fed up of the slowness of the software and the fact I can only have 1 day call register (otherwise the ringtones don't work). My wife got the N80 recently and that is again a great concept but not brilliantly put together, sliding section comes open too easily and software is equally slow.
I hope Nokia build on the good ideas and soon produce a phone that puts those ideas into better use (higher quality phone).
