Good Points

two of my friends and I went to this hotel on the 21st June 2006. It is a lovely hotel, clean, friendly staff and a very nice place to stay. The hotel mini markets a bit expensive but most usually are. The foods nice. Pizza's only 4 euro.

Set on a hill so there's a nice breeze. Far enough away from the main town so you can sleep. Good for families and young people.

Bus stop right outside the hotel to go to Rhodes town for only 1.70euro. Taxi down to bar street etc it costs 5 euros. But the walk is about 20 Min's. Best bar is prob 'the lounge' (it has air conditioning) try the bongs in Oscars!!!! Definitely go on the reps bar crawl! you meet your friends for the holiday....

Oh a nice place to go to eat in the hawaiian place at the top of bar street. big portions! and nice food.


Bad Points


The hill! The bloody hill! steeper and longer than you think. Do not walk up it in the day. We nearly died. You will need a drink ....
Drinks at the pool bar a bit expensive.


General Comments

Overall Venezia Hotel was a lovely place to stay. would recommend. (luckily we were in a new room and were able to buy air conditioning. Some rooms don't have it. Only 35 euros a week. Well worth it so you get a good night sleep...or day!)
