Sweet on entry, was really nice on both out and in. No joke.
Free beach ball for the kids kept them amused all week.
Basic sarnie but was quite nice.
Idiots! Lost whole passenger list on return denying all of one agents passengers existed. This is after they confirmed the day before that we were on the flight.
Having to confirm the day before that the flight will go. This is a cost to the passenger from abroad which will take approx. 5 Min's. £5 on a mobile!
Did not cater for English in that virtually all magazines were German only and even a call to the England phone line is German to start with. If I phoned Germany I'd expect that, not England.
Cabin staff seemed abrupt.
Both in and out flights were delayed.
Check in was a nightmare even after they found the list! Managing one group(4) of customers per 15 Min's. Without this list the flight would have been half empty! Idiots. Went from 4th in the queue to 5 from last after being pushed around Palma airport by incompetent staff. At one point they suggested we all left the airport and headed off to the travel agent.
Seats small and I'm only 6 foot.
Headphones cost and screen positions not great. Did not bother with this.
Will avoid if possible in the future. German efficiency has vanished going by Air Berlin.
