Holiday hypermarket took the time to listen and make sure that we got exactly what we wanted for our holiday. They are really helpful if you have someone in your family with a disability or a special need.
General Comments
This was the first time we used Holiday Hypermarket, and I was so impressed. We wanted a last minute deal that was hassle free, and we got one. The girl who I spoke to was really helpful, and she gave me lots of advice on where to eat and where to stay away from. She even gave me directions on how to get to certain places to make our trip easier, and everything she told us was spot on. We stayed in beautiful apartments, and can honestly say, for the money we paid it was more than value for money. It was out of this world!
One thing that really impressed me was that my daughter is Deaf, and she uses a Cochlear Implant, which can sometimes cause problems going through security. the girl I spoke to took the time to listen and find out what it was, and she phoned the airline ahead of us travelling so they knew to expect us. And thanks to her, from the flight to getting to the hotel, it was all was hassle free.
I will definitely use them again, and without hesitation, I would recommend them to anyone.
