The car I purchased was good value. Not all are. Check carefully.

Appalling service.

General Comments

If the car you select at Motorpoint (motorpoint.co.uk) is good value then bite the bullet and accept the dreadful service. Remember that they are deceitful and they will be indifferent if the car breaks down outside the premises. I have visited Motorpoint twice; first with a friend to collect his car, then to buy mine. While waiting one customer returned ON FOOT. His 'new' car had broken down at the filling station 100 yds away. They were indifferent. We checked my friend's car carefully and accepted the filthy state albeit having paid 62.13p for a valet. It was still good value. My car was also filthy. I was philosophical. I drove home to find damage and defects. It was repaired under warranty. Hassle but it was still a good deal. If you can get a similar deal elsewhere, do so, if not, bite the bullet and beware.
