Good Points

1. Looks very smart (I have Silver Edition)
2. Easy to use & you can adjust the sensitivity of the scroll bar to your liking
3. Comes with Windows Media Player disc if you havn't got it already
4. Unbelievably fast at transferring files to device
5. Colour Screen
6. Very good battery life
7. Lots of settings available to suit your preferences
8. Lots of space for a lot of music & pictures
9. Has no problem playing any WMAs which some mp3 players do
10. Its not particularly heavy

Bad Points

1. Although not heavy, it is rather bulky though then again this is the 20gb, I thought it may have been slightly slimmer. Fits in back pocket ok though.
2. Downloaded tracks can be a real pain when coming up on the player (read general comments)
3. Screen is pretty small which is only bad if you plan to have lots of pictures on it.
4. The on/off button is very sensitive so if you don't have the button lock on its prone to switching of on you at the slightest touch
5. Battery is unremovable so I assume it would need to be sent to manufacturers if faulty, mines fine so far (4 months)
6. The "Text" Feature is just pointless, there's no use for it at all as far as I'm concerned.

General Comments

If you download most of your music, I don't think this MP3 player is for you. I rate the H10 very well, 8/10 I've given. However when it comes to synchronizing downloaded tracks it becomes a pain in the backside. Lucky enough for me about 80% of my albums are ripped off CDs, but with the 20% downloaded I just get frustrated when it comes to the iRiver. You see every column in your media library must be exactly the same spelling otherwise you end up with lots of different files for one band. For example if you downloaded the album "Revolver" by "The Beatles" every single track must be listed under - Artist: The Beatles; Album: Revolver. If you were to have just 1 track under the name "revolver" by "Beatles" you would have 4 different files because of the spelling differences, even missing capital letters creates a new file. This can be very frustrating as you end up with many different files all because spellings are not exact. I must have had about 10 different files for The Presidents of the United States of America at first!! So basically to avoid this you have to go through your media player and make sure every downloaded track or album is under the title you want it to appear on the H10. Its not problem with albums ripped off CDs because if you have the internet it automatically titles each column in Media Player as it should be. Otherwise I've had no problems - durability is very good, the battery life is very good, the sound is superb, Windows Media Player is easy to use, decent headphones, colour screen, radio is a nice feature too. Still haven't worked out the point of the "text" feature though, I'm baffled of its use!
