Overall, it's a good solid laser printer. Takes a little while to warm up, but is quite quick in printing a large number of pages.
One thing noticed by a co-worker and I is that each of our printers started to jam at about a year into use. We tried cleaning it, but to no avail. My co-worker took his printer, turned it upside-down and gave the bottom a few good whacks. No more jamming! I thought I would try the same and had exactly the same results. Should Dell put this in their Maintenance Manual?
