Bad Points

The food was awful. Freestyle is not for me. We can "freestyle" at home, but want more formality on cruises. The pay restaurants served the same awful food, but they gave it a French or Italian name.
Not allowing alcohol beverages on-board is just another way of milking the clients on the bar tab.
The room steward was terrible.
No bedspread.
Dirty glasses.
Poor attitude.


General Comments

NCL has ruined cruising Hawaii, especially with Freestyle Cruising. The Pride of Aloha was our 8th cruise, and we know what we are saying and expecting. NCL was no help with getting affordable airline tickets, so we had to make 2 stops to afford the airline connections.
