Great Handling. I like the stock. Scope's nice and I really like the safety. Also the power is immense and it very impressive. I was shocked how effortlessly the pellet glided through a spray paint can.
The scope slips.
Before I bought the Gamo Shadow Sport 1000, I was shooting squirrels in my yard with a .22 rifle with ratshot. It was successful but the margin of error was too great and I was not impressed at all by the accuracy. So I shopped online for a week and a half and I found this gun and it was love at first click. (I bought this gun from Cabela's three weeks ago.(NEVER DO THAT BECAUSE THEY JUST GOT IT TO ME AND THE GARUNTEED ME 3-6 DAY). And I just got it the other day.) I immediately put the scope on and shot it a few times, It just felt good. The gun just fits for my size and build. I began to sight the gun and and hour later (I'm not good at sighting in guns). I was tagging bullseyes and coke and oil cans. I also shot a paint can in the bottom, it penetrated with no problem and even went through the top. The only problem with this gun is that the scope slips and I will just buy a better scope stop to ensure that that ceases to be. This gun is a great buy!
