Overall Rating
- Value for money

It's a mix of a harlequin book, Phantom of the Opera, and Pride and Prejudice so it's very entertaining to read.
Bad Points
Not long enough.
General Comments
A Rose in Winter is one of the best books I've ever read, if not, THE best book I've ever read. At first I just saw the book in a box and just decided to myself that by the title and the summary on the flaps that it sounded good, so I decided to read it. One of the things I like best about this book is that it starts up very good. It starts with action and does not have to escalate into it. It's exciting from the very beginning to the very end. This book also has all the elements in it that makes a book good. It has romance, action, mystery, drama, and even a little bit of comedy. It's a classic! By far I think this is my all time favourite book and would recommend it to anybody that wants something entertaining to read! Kudos to Kathleen E. Woodiwiss! I LOVE YOUR BOOK!
