Cheaper calls with no minimum call charge.
Very bad customer service. I switched in May 2005 and have only received one proper bill, and then nothing for a whole year! The problem is still not sorted out even now.
My main complaint with The Post Office Phone Service has been in not receiving regular bills. I received my first bill for line rental and then my second bill 3 months later, but nothing since. I called their customer services a number of times to be told a bill would be sent to me, but nothing. It has now been a year since I have had a bill, and they still can't seem to sort it out. I complained to their head office, but I received no response at all. I am now switching to a different provider, and no doubt I will get a final bill straight away!
