Good Points

Update of previous review: When taking photos of white, yellow or pale subjects like flowers, white houses, make sure that you don't over expose. Use the white balance control, ie set at -1. You can always tweak photos with a Paintshop type program if underexposed but if over exposed you are sunk. Best results seem to be when light levels are high but do take time to take practice shots.


Bad Points

Have had some problems with lens cover not retracting fully. Could be due to lower voltage of metalhydride cells compared to Lithium cells. Looks like Li or Li ion cells could be more reliable or maybe I've got a duff camera. However I will persevere untill after my hols in Crete in May and then see how things are.


General Comments

Overall, I think this is a really good camera. And that is after 1 months picture taking of everything that moves and many things that don't.
