Great Cocktails
Some of the Clientele
The Apartment in Belfast is by far one of the more credible Cocktail Bars in Belfast and now approaching it's seventh year of service. It's key to success is up to the minute music and fresh ingredients in all cocktails. It has also been a local and international celebrity hangout with stars such as Sharon Corr and even bigger stars like Matthew McConaughey. This is also the downside, despite the door staff in place to keep it upmarket the odd scaly still gets in.
The drinkers are generally young professionals with a large income to pay the prices demanded for the cocktails but they are worth it, my personal favourite is Moijito which they use Havana rum and a soda top highly recommended.
