General Comments
Having just installed this system, I thought i needed to write about how amazing it is. I have just listened to attack of the clones only for about 20 minutes but the sound is so impressive. The full surrond simply makes me laugh out in joy, and also makes you wonder how you ever survived without it!
I also have a gamecube and have just set it up with this playing star wars also (im not a geek honest!) which too sounds amazing.
Quick technical stuff
Coaxial and Optical inputs, dolby digital 5.1 and pro logic (not sure if it has pro logic 2, but the gamecube uses 2 and it still sounds great)
I think the worst thing about this system is that if you were not used to setting up electrical systems (things like videos and dvd players) then this could prove hard, as in typical sony style the manual is pretty lame. I couldnt work out how to sort out the coaxial input at first, it mentioned nothing of how to actually do it. The option was in my dvd manual which was sepearte.

This retails for £370 odd in shops but i got it from hotkit.co.uk for £199, free delivery. They shipped it so fast. Its almost end of the line now so get it fast!

If you had looked properly you'd have seen that the new one is the upgraded version of mine. I believe it has prologic 2 and a 100 w subwoofer as a pose to prologic 1 and 50 w sub. What difference this makes is negliable but obviously this kit i bought was end of the line to make way for this one
I've just looked on hotkit.co.uk and noticed that the same piece of kit is £399.99. That's a huge price difference. Why were they selling it so cheaply before and why so expensive now?
