Good Points

V light, coloured screens, voice recognition, silver casing


Bad Points

No games!, can't turn off caller Id!! Not as fast to navigate as Siemens or Nokia, cannot activate tones plus vibrate at the same time (when vibrate is switched on it turns off the sound automatically). Saves every SMS and so you have to spend time deleting SMS messages. On SMS the message comes up before you know who its from! And the major bad point is that it has no snooze on the Alarm function!!!!!


General Comments

The Panasonic GD93 looks great and is very light but has a lot of niggly bad points (i.e. no snooze on the alarm, no games, can't turn off caller id, not as fast to get where you want to go fast!)

    obviously doesnt know his fone very well. to active vibrate and tones you switch on vibrate, the go to "tones" and adjust the ring volume to whatever you want. the tones are then on! very simple! also, to see who the message is from, press "up" instead of "down" when u reciee it!

    the review does not comment on the wap enabled feature of this phone which is of vital importance. I found surfing through it quite reasonable and at such low cost this feature is a surprise and one should thank panasonic for providing it.

    There is no point commmentating on WAP as for a mobile that expensive WAP is a given, also WAP rates vary from country to country so it is irrelevant.

    I DO know my phone that well and I accept that you can turn off the vibrate however it shouldn't be that messy,also the other info I gave was accurate in that you can't turn off you caller ID, and there is no snooze alarm.
    I think that too often these kind of reviews focus on the good points of phones however if I was buying a mobile again I would want to know all the bad points and then be able to make an informed decision.
