Good Points
Size of phone, Amount of Texts it can hold and ease of navigation, brightness of screen.

Bad Points
Here we go, Crashes ALL the time, Ask for insert sim, Turns off regularly, Loses sim phone book, Cuts off, loses numbers.

General Comments
I was pleased with the 8310 for about 5 mins until I had to replace it again and again and again. Although there are some good points about this phone the bad easily out way the good. The phone has been a total nightmare for me and has even cost me work due to its unreliability. This phone has caused me to leave Nokia after many years of having Nokia phones. I wouldn't recommend you buy this phone as it has many problems which still haven't been sorted. Try a cup and string as it is probably more reliable.
