Excellent layout, loads of room for storage. Easy to drive.
Bad Points
After sales service is extremely poor. Numerous parts malfunctioned through poor fitting, or pre-delivery checks not carried out properly.
eg; Unable to lock outside toilet cassette door, faulty barrel lock, not resolved after 5 months, faulty lock on motorhome door + 15 additional faults means motorhome off road for 1 month.
General Comments
Fabulous van, real problem with obtaining parts from Elddis whose customer service is non-existant. Mine is not only van to suffer problems -- spoken to other Autostratus owners, one whose van has been off the road for 6 months due to poor manufacture.
I think that Elddis and its agents show no real urgency to resolve problems after they have received your money!!
Have resorted to contacting trading standards officers to resolve this matter, and they would be interested in hearing of any problems with this company.
