Gatwick, Pink Meet & Greet Review

Good Points
Gatwick Pink Meet & Greet telephoned me as they thought I was due to check in an hour earlier.

Bad Points
When we checked in they kept us waiting for 20 mins even thought we had said we were arriving. When we returned - our flight was an hour late, we phoned at the baggage collection and were told 20 mins and an hour later after umpteen telephone calls the car was delivered.

General Comments
The confirmation was wrong - all the dates and times were changed by Gatwick Pink Meet & Greet's booking system. When I asked them to confirm they did have the correct details verbal ok and nothing.

Day before phoned to confirm our details and was told all ok - wasn't - as the driver weas still expecting us at the time their booking system gave!

When you phone to say that you have arrived, they automatically say 20 mins and then they say the car is on its way and it isn't.



I intend to take this matter up with them - but beware.
