Good Points

small, versatile, can be used as portable harddisk

Bad Points

Audio output bad when used as portable, almost no bass!!

General Comments

Good jukebox. great sound plugged to amp at home or car. Headphone is terrible, used my own Sennheiser px100. Even then audio output is far from acceptable.

   This guy is right, headphone output is very poor. As for the headphones that come with the product... Good for a laugh, but in the end the joke is on you when you realise that it doesn't get much better even when you throw them out and get a decent set.
   
   I bought this product about 2 years ago (20Gb portable version). I mostly use it to play through home stereo. For this it is fine as it has a lineout - which is unusual for a portable. just as well because the headphones output is not so flash in my opinion. Base response is poor through headphones jack. And no, its not just because of bad headphones (the ones that came with the unit found their way into the bin rather quickly). The product was one of the first of its kind to market, which is reflected in the user interface, which is usable, but takes some getting used to, despite wide spread claims that it is intuitive (lies - lies !! ;-) ).
   
   software upgrades hard to find... until you find this Gem of a site...
