After a nightmare holiday in egypt with Cosmos, we were sent a refund by them - £200 and a voucher for £100. Today we have tried to book flight tickets only with the voucher and we were on the phone to Cosmos for nearly one hour only to fobbed off every time. They then told us the price of the flight had gone up while we were on the phone to them. What a joke this company is, no consideration for any one. They like taking your money but they are so unhelpful. Why travel with such a mickey mouse firm? We will never ever travel with this company again.
