The rooms at the Don Bigote Hotel in Palma Nova are OK, and they are very clean. The cleaners are fantastic and friendly. Unfortunately the food was awful! We paid for half board and had to eat out as they don't cater for children. There was a fire in the hotel in the early hours of the morning, and there were no fire alarms working. We were scared, as I had an ill man and a 3 year old. Staff were nowhere to be seen. I am glad to be home, as the place is very noisy, and pr9ices at the bar were very expensive. If you're young and female then the staff will help you.

I have been going to this hotel for years, but I won't be going back! I am disgusted with it. It was totally awful! The food was terrible and the noise level was bad.
