General Comments

Does the phrase reconsituted underpowered, gonna have to replace in two years, subpar crud mean anything to anyone. Emachines will be proping the doors and filling the junk piles of the world. Oh and there customer service is as bad or worse then HP and that is saying something.

Can't really see your point... Yes, it isn't the fastest machine in the world, but it is aimed as an entry level machine. I bought one as my first PC, and if you just want a machine for basic everyday use, the e-machine does the job. I'm very happy with mine. If you want something with more whistles and bells on it, you shouldn't really be buying an entry level machine.

Incidentally, I have found the customer support at e-machines very helpful. Perhaps their UK office is more customer friendly?

It would be most helpful to know the "specifics"--for example: model #, speed, Rams, MB'S, OF THE eMachine you are writing the review about. There seem to be some pretty fast models of eMachines available for sale at this time, & I'm wondering if these would be good buys or not. I have never owned my own PC & would like one to explore its various capabilities.
I am hoping that the person who sent in this review would be kind enough to send me an email.
    THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
