Well-balanced, easy handling, fits well.
Not an all-weather gun !!!
I love my 686 Onyx, but this is definately NOT an all-weather gun. During a rainy dove hunt, mine swelled up so bad that the action would not open. I inadvertantly badly scratched the stock with the lever trying to break it open to unload it. It swelled so badly that I ultimately had to discharge the shells & leave the gun in front of a small space heater for 24 hours before it dried out enough to open.
Good news is that Beretta stood behind their product & replaced all of the wood at no charge after I explained what happened.
