Good Points

Stays on a long time
Easy to apply
Can be used as an eyeliner for strong bold lines or smudged for a smoky effect, with the same staying power


Bad Points

Runs out too fast for me (only because I use it all the time)


General Comments

Definitely Rimmel Soft Kohl Eye Pencil liner is the best out there by a long shot and it's also the cheapest! I tried quite a few other kohl liners before this one (from Bourjois and Nivea) which were both more expensive, ran very quickly and were trickier to apply. This one lasts a long time, gives a strong colour and is insanely cheap. My friends all use it and it's most definitely the one pencil I would recommend.
