Good Points
Lower initial purchase price, but at a cost.

Bad Points
Customer service poor. Does often not answer emails or phone calls.

General Comments
I will avoid this firm like the plague from now on. I may pay more with Currys, Comet etc, but I always got good service and no hassle. The LCD TV I purchased failed. I was forced to contact Sharp Uk.
