Bad Points

There is a steep hill to get into town which takes a bit of getting used to (usually after 3 - 5 days).

The evening entertainment is not that great for a 4A hotel, with the exception of the resort reps from Airtours.


General Comments

Aquasol Village is in a great location. Very friendly people, excellent room and ground conditions, and very good maid service. Entertainment by the resort reps was very good. Coral Bay is a lovely area with lots of friendly bars and restaurants. Loads to see and do in Cyprus. Loved it so much we went back in May 2005, and we will be returning again in September 2006.

I don't know how the previous reviewer can be so negative, perhaps he didn't like the fact that the Aquasol is a family based hotel. We have not had any negative experiences either time that we went. Yes Cyprus is quite expensive, but so are most places now, and as it is so steeped in history with lots of places to visit, I don't know how someone could be so bored.
