I ordered a wardrobe from The Pine Factory. I emailed beforehand to check it wasn't flat pack, and they said "no, it's ready assembled". 4 weeks later it arrived, and it was a flat pack. I called them up and they say "oh, those wardrobes usually come assembled". Eventually they called me back to say it wasn't assembled because if it had been, it wouldn't fit through the door of my house. It's a standard double wardrobe, people don't dismantle standard wardrobes when they move house!! I pointed out that I had measured before I ordered it to ensure it would fit.
Ridiculous. They are currently arranging a pick up, and I want a full refund. I'll let you know if that goes wrong. I'd read bad reviews before I used The Pine Factory, but I chose to ignore them.
