General Comments

From being with all the mobile networks, I have found Orange to be poor, but an offer over 2 years ago prompted me to return and I wish I never did! On the third bill I was charged £60 extra for a WAP charge which I had free for 6 months. They decided it was their fault and credited my account. If you need help, you're better off asking a guy in the pub, rather than asking Orange. Their once helpful telephone manner has been overridden with people with accents who just laugh amongst themselves and ask you to repeat everything you say! I am told one thing when I upgrade, and due to such poor service, I have gone back to reliable Vodafone who are helpful.

I was told I could pay £13.50 a month as the cheapest price plan. Now, 6 months later, the cheapest is £19, and none of the staff will mention what I was told, and how they're not allowed to disclose information about lower price plans! It's just terrible! I have been cut off twice during my time with them - something to do with human error. I left over 8 years ago due to poor service, and when I return, nothing has changed. I'm stuck with paying £25 a month for a phone I don't use, and the contract won't finish until April, and being happy with Vodafone on £40 a month; Overall, Orange has cost me the time and hassle to fork out additional money for a decent network, so I'm happy with Vodafone.
