0% balance transfer, although fee charged.
Bad Points
Customer service and an online banking system that rarely works, and when it does it can misinform you.
High interest rate once introductory offer is finished.
General Comments
Initially I thought the Amazon credit card was OK due to the long interest free period. However, when you start trying to navigate the online section it is a complete mess, and that is when it works.
I was told my minimum payment online and subsequently paid the amount early. I was then charged £25 and had my limit reduced because I had not made the correct payment! No amount of explaining and providing screen shots would make them listen, and it was always the same... the system says...
