Wrong postcode on confirmation details
10 minutes for call centre to answer

General Comments

On the confirmation the postcode was wrong so we ended up in the wrong place, when we called the only number they let you have (an 0870 call centre) and waited ten minutes for them to answer a call that the recorded voice said we aim to answer your call within 30 seconds!! They gave me a direct line to the car park, I called this to ask for directions we followed the directions given and ended up further away than we were!!! After stopping and asking many people if they knew where it was we eventually found it 1 hour after we should have arrived at check in!! Very disappointing we will never use airparks again or recommend anyone else to do so. We have traveled from airports 5 times this year already and this is the worst car park we have EVER used. We avoid large companies and go for the smaller ones with the personal touch.
