None Cheap and Nasty.
Bad Points
No point in selling cheap if you don't deliver the goods within a reasonable time.
Complete waste of time. Item despatched, then where does it go. Money leaves customers account very quickly, then items seem to be untraceable. Ordered Twice, Problems Twice. Try The Book People, They seem to deliver and are cheap https://www.thebookpeople.co.uk . Also incorrect information is given by customer service regarding delivery times and complaints are not actioned. Complained and No Reply.

UPDATE
I never received my books, and I wasted an incredible amount of time and effort by making numerous phone calls and email exchanges to BOL customer service in my failed attempts to obtain a refund. THANKFULLY I had paid by Barclaycard, and they took on the BIG BOYS and Barclaycard refunded me. Bol seem to also go by the name of BOOK GIANT.
