LOreal Smooth Intense Anti-Frizz Serum did make my hair very shiny, and it was much easier to manage. I have very curly, heat damaged hair, and it made styling easier.

It just wasn't heavy enough for my hair. There was a lot of build-up too, due to silicone's, though this wouldn't be a problem with a vinegar rinse or clarifying shampoo.

It would work nicely for Curly hair in good condition, or normal to frizzy hair, but not for course hair like mine, sadly. Look up Mark Hill's serum. That's good stuff.
