The staff at the Victoria Palace Hotel in Sunny Beach were very friendly. The hotel is in an excellent location for all amenities, and it is very clean and tidy all over the hotel, especially the rooms.

There is a lack of toilets in the bar's, especially at night when it is busy. There is also not enough access to sun loungers at the pool due to people putting towels on them to keep them.

It is a good family hotel, and it is well run. Excellent accommodation! I would recommend it to anyone who asked me what hotel to go to in Sunny Beach!
