General Comments

I was registering a new Scooter, Rampdale Motorcylce Insurance made an error in names on my policy, I rang to correct, and the person on phone was most helpful, he corrected the names and extended the policy time frame.

I received a letter stating cancellation of the original policy, but the new extension was obviously not entered into the system, and the policy was cancelled.

When I rang to provide Scooter registration, I was told the policy was cancelled. when I explained the re-extension, I was told not to bother and that I had lost £70.00. I have still not received a refund of my money 2 months later.
