There are NO good points about this company


Bad Points

Poor service
High interest charges, and they will do nothing to lower it


General Comments

Providian Emerge are pathetic as far as credit card companies go. When it was Providian it was fine, but then when Emerge took over, they closed my account (it was in good standing), raised the rate to over 20%, and then when I called, they said there was nothing they could do about it.
