General Comments

A $400 iPod was stolen from our room while we were out for the day during our stay at the Cathedral Hill Hotel in San Francisco. The hotel security and management were uncooperative, telling us "you can't PROVE that it was stolen, so we're not going to help you." The hotel is shabby, in a fairly seedy neighborhood, and the staff were very unhelpful.
