Good Points

It has a very large screen for brilliant gaming quality.
The swivel action of the phone is sturdy.


Bad Points

Poor software package on the phone, as with most Sony Ericsson's.
Very chunky phone. It looks cool, but it's not one that's easy to put in your pocket.
Poor quality camera, and despite it having a strong light, it is incapable of take decent photos in low light levels.


General Comments

I've had my Sony Ericsson W550i mobile phone replaced once due to it completely freezing and being totally unusable. With both phones I found the reception to be quite poor, and phone calls would suddenly end due to no signal, yet when the call has ended the signal is at full strength. As with all Sony Ericsson's, I feel they appear to develop their handsets which are a cut above the rest in functions and style, however, they seem to be unwilling to update their software for their phones, and as a result, the software can't keep up and frequently crashes.
