I ordered a data cable from Mobile Spares 'n' Repairs 4 weeks ago, and it has still not arrived. I have rung them every day for the last 3 weeks and they do not answer. They also do not answer their emails. I have now had to take the matter further, and go via the legal route to get my money back.

Cable has finally arrived, obviously after threatening them with legal action....
