Good Points

Courteous, helpful staff, no pressure sales tactics.


Bad Points

Paperwork took a lot longer than we where originally told it would take. We where told we could drive away in 1 hour, it turned out to be four hours. They still wanted a deposit even though we traded our old car in, though they never got it. I would have walked out rather than pay it.


General Comments

At Approved Car Finance we where originally shown 4 cars to suit our budget at that time. We settled on a 4 year old Mondeo 1.8td. I can't fault the car one bit, have had a few minor faults on it but took out an extended warranty and all faults have been repaired through warranty, with no problems or extra expense to me. We did pay a bit over a normal dealer price for the car, though you have to expect this or you wouldn't go to them in the first place if you had good credit rating. In all I think we had a good experience with Approved Car Finance and I can only recommend them.
