The Google toolbar has an array of options for the advanced Internet user. For the lay user the pop-up blocker and quick links are likely the only widgets that will consistently be used. Unlike most toolbars I have tried the Google toolbar is basically void of bugs... it doesn't slow down your connection and never crashes the browser.
Bad Points
A lot of widgets, but you'll find yourself not using most of them.
General Comments
There are definitely more useful toolbars out there, but the Google TB is a no risk solution if you are not looking for anything special.
