Bad Points
None really. The stopover hotel was in a bit of a noisy area of Copenhagen. However, it was conveniently located for the transport network.
General Comments
We booked a short trip to Greenland with Arctic Adventure as a 20th wedding anniversary celebration. Arctic were first class in their booking service, and they answered all our questions perfectly. They arranged alternative flights to suit our circumstances. They sub-contract to a Danish firm, Arctic Experience, for the guides and tour arrangements when in Greenland. All the time we were in Greenland they made us feel like adventurers. When one of our pre-booked tours had to be cancelled due to the weather we received a refund 5 days after posting the cancellation certificate. I will certainly book with them again.
