Free first years banking.

Bad Points

Have had no contact from anyone since setting up my account.
Internet banking is confusing and difficult to use (not user friendly).

General Comments

I am coming up to the end of my 1st years free banking with the Royal Bank of Scotland business bank account, but I'm not happy with the charges that are soon to kick in, so I will be looking elsewhere.
