General Comments
Bought one as an upgrade, day one it crashed permanently, took it back to Orange shop and they will not replace it until their technical dept can diagnose the fault (could take forever!!) so one week later I am still without a phone and out of pocket as a result of buying one of these! My feature ratings are from a theoretical point of view as I have no experience of the features seeing as it doesn't work! Orange shop staff also agree the phone is problematic and many have been replaced as faulty.
