Good Points

Rooms and all hotel areas were clean at all times.
Friendly helpful staff.
Small hotel on two levels.
Ideal budget holiday for couples.


Bad Points

Not always able to purchase a drink or ice cream from the bar at all times. However, there was always a note at reception saying to ring if there were any problems.
No air conditioning. However, fans were available for a very small cost.
I feel that items on the breakfast table should maybe have been covered, as it was open for two hours.


General Comments

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the Miranda Hotel in Santa Ponsa. The manager was very helpful to us during our stay there, and we will definitely be returning. it is an ideal hotel for a short break away from home. It is far enough away from night life to enable you to get a good nights sleep, yet not too far away and within easy walking distance of nightlife and the beach.
