General Comments

The Casablanca Hotel sits on a hill with several other hotels and may be difficult for wheelchairs etc. The excellent meals are self-service buffet style with med starters, soup of the day and a varied main meal.
Breakfast is continental with juice, English breakfast, ham, cheese, rolls, jams.
Drinks cost 2.80Euros for pint of lager, 5E for cocktails and soft drinks at 1.20E.
The hotel room was quite small for a family of four, we could have used more drawer space, OK for a couple though.
The guests were mainly international over-50's with a few families thrown in.
The main pool is a large rectangle with a kids' bit at the end. There is also a smaller pool overlooked by the self-catering apartments. There are no lifeguards on duty. Plenty of space round the pool and we didn't need to reserve sunloungers. Pool area never got busy.
There is also a pool bar with a baguette menu (2.80E) or a meal menu(4-6E) and a pooltable-table tennis.
The hotel has a marble interior with 3 small lounges, large dining room and a terrace overlooking the pool and is kept spotless. Your dining table was allocated for you and the room keys are swipecards. There are safes downstairs if you want one. (We never felt the need to)
The staff were excellent and very friendly, special mention to our TC rep who was a very friendly girl.
There is no entertainment/kids clubs for the kids but we still enjoyed our stay at the Casablanca.
