My two 6 year olds loved it!
Dirty throughout, with mould in and around the shower. The carpets, windows, worktops, in fact everything was grimy and dirty. The cooker and TV were broken, which we did get fixed, but then they broke again. There were no doors on anything and all the linen was damp to the point of steam evaporating, and having to put the heating on to compensate and dry out the room. We also had a broken bed-sofa, which was too uncomfortable to sleep on anyway, so we slept on the floor!!
I had mistakenly booked our holiday to Pontins Camber for 2 weeks, which was a big mistake. I spent over £700 and had expected better, but even when I brought the problems up with 'customer services', they were less than interested and told me I could always go elsewhere!? I booked this holiday for my 2 sons, who love the quads etc. I checked with the resort and local agents prior to booking that they would be available, and I was told they were up and running by the site reception, as that was why we didn't go anywhere else, but on arrival, I was told they hadn't been working for several months. On arriving home again I did write and complain, and the only response I have had after 11 months is "thank you for your comments".
