I decided not to use them and send my precious pet overseas in their care.
Bad Points
They are badly informed, give incorrect advice and are very rude!
General Comments
I couldn't believe the way they handled my quote for pet transportation to Australia! First they gave me incorrect advice telling me that I would have to give up my migration or leave my dog behind, and then when I queried it the man handling the quote became very aggressive!
