Light weight with good stability, providing excellent response. The boot moulds to the foot giving a very good sense of touch and control, whilst not constricting the foot.
It feels quite weak at the ankle/heel area and the plastic heel guard can rub after excessive use (although they have always been perfect for me). Also the design leaves something to be desired, the sole and studs make the boot look quite cheap.
The Mizuno Morelia is a good boot overall and well worth that little bit extra as the simple yet considered design. It focuses on what a player needs from a football boot, not the useless aesthetics that ruin the high street brands. I previously owned a pair of F50+ and though they look amazing, I found the design impractical. As soon as I switched to Mizuno, my game and confidence improved. I managed to hit the cross bar 4 times out of 10 from the penalty spot, simply due to the amazing fit and confidence they gave me.
